The first thing I learnt from the sixty five year old grandfather was about his friends. Friendship was a valuable thing and everyone had few people who were important to their lives apart from the family members. He had five very close friends but one of them was like a brother to him. It does sound selfish but it is more contented to leave any loved one with someone who can actually help and watch them at all times as well. It shows how nursing homes are actually the better result but all depends on the environment, how the environment is and if the senior is comfortable for where they will be living. Right now, many seniors are worried about being placed in a senior home knowing it is not the best state of place to be living at.
